Part Time Chef/Cook for evenings in Small Tapas Restaurant

We are seeking a part-time Chef/Cook to join our team in a Tapas/ Wine Bar in Sarasota, Florida!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations; including ingredient orders
• Prepare food orders
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in the development of menu items
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations
• Ability to work Wed-Sat 4:30 pm to close

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
