Job Summary: As an Accounting Supervisor - Fayetteville Office, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring the successful completion of technical workflow with tax, audit or accounting, maintaining top-quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with project teams and clients to achieve outstanding results. This multifaceted role demands a keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus.

· Minimum of 5 years experience.

· Leadership and team management experience.

· Knowledge of accounting software and tools.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

· Proven experience in accounting project management and quality control.

· Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

· Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

· Well organized with good time management and multi-tasking skills.

· Works well in a team environment and ability to maintain positive relationships.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

· Proficient and experienced using Microsoft Office applications, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Tax and Audit Software, preferably Ultra Tax and Advance Flow.

· Must be able to develop working knowledge of in-house software packages.

· Pass a CJIS background check

Essential Functions:

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accountants, auditors, and financial analysts, to drive project success and efficiency.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate various accounting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain accuracy and compliance in accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle, devising effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and reporting as needed, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all accounting practices and projects are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and financial records.
