Front Desk Agent

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Cullman is seeking a Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
• Register guests upon arrival
• Assign rooms and confirm reservations
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Provide information to guests about the local area
• Collect payment from guests and keep track of occupied rooms
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Process operational needs and complete necessary reports
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Uphold quality standards and follow policy and procedure
• Ensure guests have a memorable and exceptional stay

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
