Salesperson - Corrugated Packaging Products

We are currently seeking a motivated and results driven corrugated box salesperson to join our team and cover the West Michigan lakeshore.

Job Overview:

As a corrugated box salesperson, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of corrugated products along the west Michigan shoreline. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and build strong customer relationships. This role requires effective communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue within sales territory.

· Identify and prospect potential customers in all manufacturing sectors.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

· Conduct thorough assessments to understand customer’s packaging requirements.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and design, to develop packaging solutions for customers.

· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision makers.

· Stay up to date with market conditions.

· Provide sales forecasts and updates to sales management.

Requirements:

· Proven record of B2B outside sales, preferably in the packaging industry.

· Excellent people skills, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated with results driven mindset and the ability to work independently.

· Strong critical thinking skills.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer base.
