Shift Available: 7:00pm to 7:00am

 

Shift Schedule: 2,2,3 every other weekend off

Pay Rate: $21.45 to $28.00 an hour - Paid Weekly

Night Shift Differential $1.50 an hour

Responsibilities:

 

Job Description:

  • Performs basic troubleshooting and maintenance work on automation equipment.
  • Performs maintenance, set up and PM on automation/production equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment related processing issues.
  • Utilizes computer-based inventory system for generating reports to locating spare parts.
  • Perform Maintenance Connection day-to-day duties.
  • Assists maintenance/production staff as needed.
  • May assist in the training of other employees.
  • Performs quality work within reasonable time standards set forth by management in verbal or written instructions.
  • Utilizes mandatory safety equipment. Executes duties in a sale and efficient manner. Adheres to all Safety rules and regulations . Be flexible with schedule as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring areas of responsiblity are safe, clean and tidy.
  • Follows all Company established rules and policies.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Analytical, problem solving, and strong technical skills including mechanical, Electrical and PLC programming.
  • Strong skill in customer service, interpersonal, oral communication, written communications, teamwork, judgment, motivation, planning, organzing professionalism, quality, quantity, safety, adaptability, attendance, punctuality, dependability, intiative, innovation.
  • HS Dioloma or equivalent, preferred associates degree.
  • 3 + vears technician experience within Plastics industry.

           

 

Physical Demand/Effort:   

  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, when required, such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and gloves
  • Ability to stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, bend throughout the duration of the scheduled shift
  • Prolonged standing while performing the duties of the job
  • Job requires high level of manual dexterity with repetitive use of hands, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles.
  • Must have own tools and be able to use them safely and effectivelv
