Clementine Fairfax and Clemetine Twin Lakes, are dedicated residential treatment programs for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction, and are looking for an Assistant Clinical Director to be an integral part of our compassionate teams.

About the Role:

As a Mental Health Assistant Clinical Director, you'll work alongside the Clinical Director in managing all clinical functions of our facility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the admission process, providing effective leadership to our clinical staff, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations, and supporting the marketing efforts of our facility.

 

 

 

Responsibilities Include::
  • Lead Clinical Staff Meetings in the absence of the Clinical Director.
  • Contribute to performance improvement plans.
  • Develop cost-effective service delivery methods.
  • Provide supervision for staff development.
  • Foster communication with ancillary services and participate in recruitment and interviewing of new employees.
  • Collaborate with program leadership and ensure adherence to administrative and clinical policies.
  • Prepare for audits and uphold patient care standards.
Qualifications::
  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field, with a preference for expertise in eating disorders.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with eating disorder clients.
  • State licensure in a clinical discipline (where applicable) is required.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
