Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced PI Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a full caseload of personal injury cases and will be actively involved in all aspects of litigation from start to finish. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and plans.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
  • Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to personal injury law.
  • Attend professional development and networking events to build relationships with other legal professionals and potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be barred and in good standing with the state bar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal injury attorney.
  • Proven experience in civil litigation with a focus on personal injury cases.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • High degree of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service.
