Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Pay Range:  $25-36 DOE

Mechanical Maintenance Technician

What’s Needed?

Must have strong Mechanical background, preferably in Industrial Manufacturing environment. Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is strongly preferred.

Pay:  $25-36 hr

Must be able to work a rotating shift (1-2 weeks on 1st, 1 week on 2nd and 1 week graveyard shift)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

performs preventative & corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment (conveyors, presses, lifts)

Assists  with diagnosing and troubleshooting problems and /or downtime on all equipment. Replaces parts & components and makes other necessary repairs to machinery.

May perform tasks such as fabrication, assembly/disassembly of equipment, cutting, burning, welding and pipefitting.

Reads, understands , and applies mechanical and structural blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, diagram and circuitry

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED
1 year of Industrial maintenance experience

Must work rotating shifts (2 weeks on 1st, 1 week on 2nd and 1 week on 3rd)

Must have experience in hydraulics and / or pneumatics

Knowledge of safe and proper usage of hand / power tools, including welders, cutting torches, and plasma cutter

Read blueprints, schematic diagrams and equipment manuals

Job requires tasks that involve pushing/pulling 50 or more pounds and standing/climbing
