The Master Fleet Technician primary purpose will require the individual to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment including gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, forklifts, tankers and trailers.
Pay Range: $32.60 - $38.65 / hour + shift differential
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

A typical day might include
- Troubleshoot and repair fleet vehicles and equipment
- Program and record assigned preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist in education of the Route Sales Representatives’ pre and post-trip inspections
- Receive and process invoices for payment
- Act as vendor billing point of contact
- Maintain parts inventory and budget
- Maintain work area ensuring organization and cleanliness
- Ensure safe work practices
Key Qualifications
- Positive team-player attitude
- Possess exceptional work ethic, energy, and drive
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum five years hands-on experience in commercial fleet repair (gas, diesel or propane accepted)
- Completed 2 years of technical education or possess 3 years of hands on experience
- Must have diagnostic experience and the ability to both read and understand technical manuals and schematics
- Perform additional facilities repairs
- Ability to handle physical requirements including but not limited to repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) experience preferred
- Must be experienced in diesel engine repair, hydraulic systems, drive train assemblies, suspension chassis, electrical troubleshooting, and repair
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain CDL Class B within specified period of time
- ASE certification required within specified period of time
- Must possess personal tools
