HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
  • Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
  • Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
  • Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence


As an Administrative Assistant II, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • The Contractor will support the Sponsor's mission through the coordination and execution of administrative support functions to effectively manage the workflow and day-to day activities of the program office and its leadership team
  • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries
  • Order office supplies and account for inventory
  • Serve as vault custodian
  • Initiate and monitor check-in/out procedures for personnel
  • Prepare visitor requests and greet and/or escort all office visitors
  • Create, maintain, and organize office files to include on-boarding documentation for new personnel


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • HS Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Core office hours are 9am-5-pm
  • Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • The position is on customer site
