We are seeking an experienced Power Platform (PP) specialist, you will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of digital-transformation solutions for one of our clients. Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience with low-code concepts and patterns will enable you to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that align with our client's business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

This remote position is a full-time, salaried position. It is a requirement that the selected candidate must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

SEIS participates in the E-Verify program to validate authorization to work in the United States.

Role and Responsibilities

· Design, develop, test, deploy and operate modern, digital solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform.

· Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps.

· Create complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate.

· Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

· Implement chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents.

· Automate workflows and business processes.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

· Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.

· Provide technical insights and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

· Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of low-code platforms to teammates and internal stakeholders.

· Assisting in collecting and identifying functional requirements.

· Being adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.

· Addressing and remediating security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.

· Data Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL databases, Oracle Databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.

· Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues within Power Platform solutions, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

· At least 2 years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development.

· Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Solid understanding of relational database technologies.

· Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols.

Preferred Skills

· Telecommunications Industry Experience.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· 2 – 3 years of database development.

· Oracle and SQL server experience.

· Strong customer obsession mindset.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
