North Carolina Licensed Closing Attorney
Fayetteville, NC
Description
Our Regional Real Estate firm is in need of an attorney to handle real estate closings for our Fayetteville, NC market. The ideal candidate will be skilled at customer service, familiar with closing ceremonies, and knowledgeable in the closing process for North Carolina. Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to: conducting closing ceremony with clients, examining title searches and reviewing recorded documents, trusts, estates, and corporate documents. Customer service and attention to detail are a must. Support will be provided by a knowledgeable and driven team out of our headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
In order to be most successful, the ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the real estate closing process for North Carolina and have 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Law
Applicant must be an actively licensed North Carolina attorney. Please, only serious inquiries.
Requirements:
- Work Location: One location, some travel may be required.
