Position: Member Services Tech Support Agent
Pay: $20/hr.
Location: Ability to commute daily and work onsite in Tyler, TX (75701 Zip code)
Shift: Must be available to accept any 8 hour shift between the hours of operation: 9am-830pm Monday-Saturday
Job Description:
- The Member Services Tech Support Agent is the first line of technical support and is responsible for answering and resolving technical support issues from our subscribers.
- They will handle inbound/outbound calls, conduct activations, troubleshooting device and or network issues and answering complex account and billing related questions.
- Be a subject matter expert within the area of technical support and customer service.
- Meet operational standards by problem resolution, process improvement and customer-service standards.
- Answer calls and handle questions and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work fully onsite in Tyler, TX
- 1 year of Customer Service or Tech Support Experience Required.
- Willing to work overtime and Saturdays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Degree or GED Required.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
