This is an exciting position for an Occupational Therapist passionate about helping people with neurologic conditions. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts in Neurology, Neuroscience, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, who focus on delivering the highest quality patient care. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide comprehensive assessments and treatments to patients with neurologic conditions.

• Comprehensive Stroke Rehab
• Expanded Parkinson's Disease Program
• Vestibular Disorders and Concussion Program
• Cancer Care Rehab

The requirements:

• Degree from an accredited school approved by ACOTE
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Occupational Therapy in Maryland
• Has one (1) year outpatient experience
• Has a minimum of one (1) year of neuro experience
• LSVT BIG® a plus but not required
• Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
• Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
• Focus on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence

The responsibilities:

• Deliver quality outcomes driven occupational therapy services
• Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
• Conduct patient and family education
• Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
