Frito-Lay Fleet Technicians are essential to our team because they work on our fleet vehicles and keep our drivers safe. We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Fleet Technician in Rancho Cucamonga. You will help our experienced mechanics maintain and repair our vehicles, diagnose mechanical issues, manage parts inventory, and charge parts and labor to work orders. Examples of daily follow-up/demand work

You will work with our experienced mechanics on difficult repairs.

You will build relationships with vendors when getting estimates for parts or labor.

You will interact with a variety of Frito-Lay drivers, from professional truck drivers to salespeople.

This is a physical job that often involves working in tight spaces under vehicles.

Demand work (VCRs & Failures)

Brakes, U- Joints / Bearings, Steering / Suspension, Starting / Charging, Emissions / Drivability diagnosis.

Overhead Valve adjustments, Light Engine repair; Water pumps, Injectors, Fuel Pumps

Heavy Duty equipment / Trailer and Tractor.
