Catering Manager Ref: 2021-40043 Job Information Division: Elior B&I Scotland Advert Closing Date: 18/03/2022 Contractual Hours :Full-time Salary:28,000 Per annum Contract Type:Permanent Location:Montrose, DD10 9XA Working Environment We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager for one of our key clients in Montrose. This is a multi-site role.

The role covers 3 catering sites, as the Catering Manager, you will oversee the full catering services on-site, lead and manage a strongly motivated team of staff to deliver an exceptional standard of service at all times. You will need to be commercially aware and ambitious with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business.

Job Description Your key responsibilities as the Catering Manager will consist of:

- Lead Heads of Departments to ensure proactive management of teams on site

- Accountable for recruiting, inducting, training and supporting staff to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers and clients

- Controlling and managing a budget

- Accountable for maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget

- Engage with clients, customers and residents

- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues

**Working Pattern**: Monday to Friday

Skills and Experience The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Catering Manager include:

- Proven experience of successfully managing a team

- Proactive with a can do' attitude

- Contract Catering experience desirable

Benefits As part of your package, we are offering a salary of up to 28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
