What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform laboratory testing and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure prompt and accurate results.
  • \n
  • Collect specimens using various techniques and adhere to regulatory standards including OSHA, CLIA, and Joint Commission regulations.
  • \n
  • Respond to emergencies promptly and operate/maintain laboratory instruments.
  • \n
  • Maintain quality control measures, keep accurate records, and report results efficiently.
  • \n
  • Work closely with the Laboratory Director, Pathologists, and Technologists to provide exceptional patient care.
  • \n

About You:

  • Associate's (MLT) or Bachelor's (MT, MLS) degree in Medical Technology or related field.
  • \n
  • ASCP Certification required.
  • \n
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • \n
  • Commitment to excellence in laboratory testing and patient care.
  • \n
