Job Description
Job Title: Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Assistant within our organization. The Assistant will be responsible for providing support across various departments including accounting/bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, and general administration. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist with AR, AP, maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts. 

·         Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

·         Support in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

·         Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is preferred.

·         Coordinate and communicate with our Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records.

·         Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time.

·         Maintain accurate payroll records.

·         Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding procedures.

·         Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, updating HR policies, and assisting with employee inquiries.

·         Provide administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars.

·         Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate office maintenance activities.

·         Assist with various administrative tasks related to LKH (insert what LKH stands for here) operations.

·         Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.

·         Assist with research projects as assigned.

·         Support franchise operations through administrative tasks such as maintaining records, processing orders, and coordinating with franchisees.

·         Assist in the implementation of franchise policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Education:

  • Highschool diploma required..
Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with standard office hours.
