We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative Insurance to become a part of our organization! You will contact, assist and counsel our clients on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Correspond with clients on billing and payment questions.
- Processing transaction for auto, home , life and commercial changes.
- Assist clients with processing claims.
- Coordinate with underwriting and policy services on behalf of clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance, investigations or other related fields
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
