Vito Services is looking for an organized, efficient Dispatcher with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generate revenue
• Help the field team by taking detailed notes for service calls and entering them into our system
• Get to know your technician's, likes and dislikes, closing rations, licenses, communication skills, and more to help them be successful
• Dispatch technicians to service and maintenance calls
• Utilize a courteous and pleasant demeanor to ensure the customer is satisfied and that all needed information is received during the call
• Answer customer questions while navigating through multiple systems
• Impact the company's bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into a repeat customer

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• High level of accuracy and efficiency
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to constantly learn and grow
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Task-oriented with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• HVAC/Plumbing knowledge is a plus, but not required
