Position Responsibilities

As a Specpoint Upgrade Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition for our clients from legacy specification products to the new specification platform, Specpoint. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and support our clients through the upgrade process, ensuring their satisfaction and successful adoption of Specpoint. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful upgrades and enhance customer experience.

1. Client Relationship Management:
o Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the upgrade process.
o Understand client needs, pain points, and expectations related to their upgrade to Specpoint.
o Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence.
2. Training and Adoption:
o Facilitate training and workflow sessions for clients during the upgrade process.
o Provide in-depth Specpoint Demos and design demos for customers.
o Collaborate with the Product Management Team to create user-friendly resources and documentation.
3. Change Management:
o Assist clients in adapting to the new platform by promoting best practices.
o Identify potential challenges and proactively address them.
o Advocate for the benefits of Specpoint to encourage user adoption.
4. Feedback Collection and Improvement:
o Gather feedback from clients regarding their upgrade experience.
o Collaborate with product teams to enhance Specpoint based on user insights.
o Continuously improve the upgrade process based on client feedback.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, a Construction-focused discipline, OR equivalent work experience in the same domains.
* Candidates with specification writing experience will be considered favorably.
* Proficiency in construction industry software, including MasterSpec, Revit, or Specpoint is a strong advantage.
* Customer-Centric: Demonstrates a sincere commitment to assisting and satisfying customers, even in difficult circumstances.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Effective presentation skills to communicate ideas and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
