• Foster relationships with small to mid-sized companies in Gaston, Lincoln and Cleveland Counties
• Identify and evaluate potential sales leads
• Host client meetings
• Cultivate enduring relationships with clients
• Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
• Collaborate closely with the internal team for a seamless onboarding experiences for new clients.

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with:

• Some previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B or service-oriented industry, that has equipped you with the skills to deliver results.
• Experience working with a team in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for building genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset, coupled with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and basic experience working with CRM tools.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, enabling you to navigate the area effectively.
