Medical Office Front Desk & Office Assistant

Medical Office seeking for a front desk receptionist & office assistant.

Candidate must be able to multitask, have excellent costumer service skills and be proficient in computer tasks. Additionally the candidate must be a fast learner, dependable, a self starter and team player. We are looking for a long time relationship, and not a temporary position. Previous experience in the medical field is optimal. Candidate must have a resume.

The hours are alternated on  Mondays( remotely after fully trained) from 9:00AM  to 4:00, PM. Tuesdays  and Thursdays, in office from 9:00 AM to 5:00/6:00 PM. Fridays, remotely from 9:00 AM to 4.:00 PM.  Our hourly pay starts at $23, plus paid lunch. The position is for office works and front desk only, not for a medical assistant  or nurse position.

1. Answer multiple lines
2. Make and confirm appointments
3. Check in/check out patients
4. Call in pharmacies for prescriptions
5. Check LabCorp/Quest for final tests
6. Complete and send mail orders
7. Place Patient Data base
8. Order supplements and office supplies
