Title Inside Sale Associate

The Inside Title Sales Associate will be responsible for gaining new leads and converting them into ongoing clients by building lasting connections and relationships. The Sales Associate is expected to build relationships with realtors and schedule appointments between Capitol Title Group’s office managers and clients. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, and the ability to achieve sales goals.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
• Develop meaningful relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty
• Understand and demonstrate the service to the customer
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
• Understand the client’s needs and identify sales opportunities
• Create and maintaining a database of current and potential customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve targets
