Property Manager

We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for the day to day operation of a Multifamily property, as well as be a part of the general decision making team.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing and leasing
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Care for all maintenance needs in a timely fashion.
• Recommend maintenance projects and preventative maintenance items for your property
• Supervise and train property staff
• Enforce property rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Multifamily property manager
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with property management software
• Experience in lease-up projects
