Prestige Landscapes is looking for a full-time Bookkeeper/Officer Manager. This person should be self-motivated, detailed oriented, very well organized, strong minded, Assertive, outgoing, creative, and most important a team player. This is an in-office position.


The office manager role at Prestige Landscapes, LLC. will require the office to run smoothly. Organizational skills and people skills are a must. The Office Manager role is tasked with general bookkeeping, scheduling, payment processing invoicing, auditing expenditure of the company, and customer communication. A general knowledge of quick books, word, excel required. The ideal candidate should have experience in an office environment, light accounting, and some lawn care industry knowledge.

Duties:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and reconciling accounts
  • Coordinating events with sister company.
  • Processing Payments
  • Processing Invoices
  • Coordinating Visa Employee living quarters/travel arrangements
  • Overwatch social Media and Google reviews
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or comparable experience
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Proficient in using accounting software (QuickBooks online)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and corporate accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, and team members
  • Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Office) and ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Enter accounts payable data accurately and in a timely manner.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual – Spanish
  • knowledge in landscaping

Salary Based Position:

  • 41,600.00-52,000.00


Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM
