We are looking for a PowerApps Developer (Remote) to join our Technology Deployment team.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Providing application development expertise and support on MS PowerApps.
  • Build and test high quality, efficient, and maintainable applications to automate manual processes.
  • Obtaining required system access and roles, as necessary, to test and run applications.
  • Ensuring thorough understanding of the development requirements and proposed applications.
  • Maintaining software version control and procedures governing usage.
  • Developing and maintaining development schedule; brief the project manager on a regular basis to track completion of automation milestones.
  • Enforcing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) usage and best practice adoption and usage throughout the development process, including proper execution of exception handling, metric reporting, use of global variables, and other 'wrapper' techniques.
  • Leading and participating in the design, development, and testing of all applications.
  • Collaborating, and coordinating with other agencies, military personnel, civilians, and contractors regarding PowerApps (automation development, best practices, lessons learned, etc.).

At a minimum you should have:

  • A current SECRET (or higher) clearance.
  • Programming Experience familiar with modern programming frameworks, languages, and tools
  • Experience using MS PowerApps and other applications within the MS PowerPlatform
  • Programming experience with applications such as .NET, C#, Expert in Microsoft Excel (VBA, macros). Coursework may be substituted for work experience.
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
