Part time or by Contract Physical Therapist

• Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, dexterity and compassion
  • Appropriate education level with accordance with state licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years experience preferred
• Responsibilities include
  • Provide home-based physical therapy to our clients who have physical disabilities, lost mobility, strength or functionality from an injury or illness.
  • Work with a TEAM as a TEAM which includes our Home Health Aides, our RNs, and LPNs
  • Assist our clients with their exercises and providing hands on therapy to help increase muscle strengthening or loosening, mobility, also helping with pain management
  • Also observe movements, documentation of process while modifying care plan as needed
  • Education and coaching with clients and family members, either on the plan of care for therapy goals, assisting with or doing exercises, and self care.
