Air Conditioning Technician Apprentice:

If your New Year's Resolution is a career change or you are just starting your career, we have an opportunity for 3 ambitious self-starting individuals to get paid while they learn a trade in the Air Conditioning Industry (One of the most rewarding fields in the USA).

This position will train candidates in all aspects of a professional HVAC Service Technician. Therefore, one must be a quick learner.

Training Schedule:

The Apprentice Technicians selected will spend 3 days per week training online for technical and customer service skills. This will be at our Sealy headquarters. They will also spend 2 or 3 days per week training with a certified Technician in the field.

Qualifying Requirements:

• Candidates for this position must enjoy working with their hands and be technically inclined
• Candidates also must be a self-starter with a desire to grow and learn.
• Canidate must have a clean valid drivers license.
• Candidates are required to take a personality assessment.
• To be selected for this program you must have at least 1 year customer service experience in any field, be trainable, possess the ability to build relationships and be a team player. We are looking for a person with a positive attitude who has a passion for providing high-quality service tailored to the customer's needs

Job Duties:

• Online classroom training.
• Pass online and field assessments.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Works in a team-based environment to share information and work load whileensuringcustomer
• Must work in a safe manner and ensure that all safety measures are taken.

Physical Requirements:

Technicians install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. This work is often done independently. As such, Technicians must be able to safely:

• Able to work long hours including weekends and
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders, work in attics, garages, and on
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily such as squatting, bending, lifting, and reaching

Compensation:

• Competitive Starting Pay with weekly payroll.
• $16-$18 per hour.
