We’re looking for traveling techs to reside in our region (CO, KS, NE, SD) who are committed to ensuring the quality of our construction, and the reliability of our network. What you’ll do:
- Install Fiber Optic cables using various techniques
- Install new network facilities
- Install new network facilities for Carrier network, Fiber to the Cell Tower Businesses, and Residential
How do you know if you are qualified:
- You are at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to travel; 100% travel throughout our region (CO/NE/KS) is a requirement for this position.
- You’re able to perform labor-intensive tasks requiring frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, lifting, digging, pushing, and pulling and you can lift 100 pounds.
- Experience with fiber blowing optic equipment (GMP and CONDUX) would be a plus
- Experience with operation of hydraulic Fiber Optic Pulling Capstans would be a plus
- You can work outside in all elements
- You’re able to pass all pre-employment checks, including substance screen, criminal background, and motor vehicle record checks.
- You have an eye for detail and a desire to excel
