Join a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence. We're seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide expertise in brand standards, sales maximization, and growth.
Description:
- Conduct ongoing store audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Provide post-opening training to Operators and employees.
- Coordinate promotions and new product/system rollouts.
- Identify Key Performance Indicators and problem-solve to resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize store growth.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year experience in multi-unit Operations in hospitality or retail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Ability to travel up to 80% and lift 50lbs regularly.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrates core values.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Salary range $70,000 - $80,000 annually

Location Requirement: Travel required up to 75-80% including weekends and nights. Remote work when not traveling.
