Position Responsibilities

Deltek Global Partner and Alliance Team is seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our team and assist in streamlining our processes through well-designed templates. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in creating efficient workflows and ensuring consistency in our program materials. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process optimization, project management and partner ecosystems.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs for templates related to workflows, reports, presentations, and other program materials.
• Design and develop templates using tools such as DocuSign, Canva, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), or specialized software.
• Customize templates to align with our brand guidelines, ensuring a professional and cohesive look.
• Create user-friendly instructions or guidelines for utilizing the templates effectively.
• Test, validate and train on process and templates creation to ensure they meet quality standards and are error-free.
• Collaborate with the GPA leadership team and other stakeholders to prioritize business needs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. GPA 3.0 and above.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools. Other tools will be hands on learning opportunity.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
