Are you ready to make your mark?If you're a ESG Program Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you.The Project Manager, Environmental, Social & Governance position reports to the General Counsel, and ultimately to the Director of ESG, and will lead various cross-functional project teams responsible for certain previously identified key environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives within the company. Responsible for initiating and project managing ESG-related programs, including an emissions inventory management plan for the Company, ESG reports, and risk assessment, all of which require collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization. Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead various cross-functional project teams to (i) finalize the Company's Inventory Management Plan for emissions data, (ii) develop an internal control framework for emissions data gathering, verification, and reporting, (iii) verify the accuracy of the Company's emissions data, (iv) organize and ensure robust audits of emissions sources at key U.S. and international manufacturing facilities, and (v) establish a training program for emissions data gathering, input and review

  • Lead a cross-functional project team to support and ensure the timely publication of a world class ESG report

  • Coordinate and oversee the performance of an ESG risk materiality assessment, including but not limited to vendor identification and selection, identification of cross-functional internal Woodward participants, and ensuring the results of the risk assessment are appropriately integrated into Woodward ESG processes, projects and strategies

  • Ensure that ESG considerations are appropriately integrated into the Company's enterprise risk management (ERM) process

  • Establish enterprise-wide process for gathering, analyzing and responding to customer and other stakeholder requests for Woodward ESG information

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor degree required

  • 3+ yearsProject management in a broad-based, cross-functional team environment

  • Experience with ESG related projects or programs a plus
