Location:Matamoras, PA

Schedule:Variable - Evenings required at times

Hours:Price Chopper typically works 4x10 or 4x12 schedules (i.e. 8 am-8 pm). Candidates will work 35 hours/week.

Description:

The preferred candidate should hold a valid pharmacist license in Pennsylvania, along with immunization certification and prior experience in a retail pharmacy environment. Proficiency in administering all vaccines, coupled with outstanding munication and interpersonal abilities, is crucial. Flexibility in working varying schedules, including evenings, is a requisite attribute.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
  • Provide medication therapy management and counseling to patients
  • Ensure pliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
  • Maintain accurate and plete patient records
  • Manage inventory and order medications and supplies as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to all patients and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • PA License
  • Immunization Certification (Required)
  • Must be fortable giving all vaccines (Required)
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
