Opportunity Overview:
We are searching for a Pediatric Physician to join our practice, where you'll enjoy a bread-and-butter outpatient experience supported by a team of professionals. Benefit from a 4-day work week, minimal call, and a track to partnership. With five well-adept physicians and two full-time advanced practice providers on staff, you'll have convenient access to ancillary services right on-site. Cumberland offers a blend of charisma and affordability, with easy access to major cities for added convenience and exploration.
About the Practice:
- Bread and butter outpatient practice with support staff
- Includes two full-time APPS, eliminating the need for physician supervision
- Pediatricians average 20 patients per day
- Ancillary services available on-site
- Accepting 2025 Graduating Pediatric Residents
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary for the first two years
- Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, CME allowance, fully covered malpractice insurance, professional expense coverage, and student loan assistance options
- Quarterly production bonuses from Year 3 onwards, averaging $30,000 - $40,000
- Sign-on bonus of $10,000 and relocation reimbursement of up to $10,000
- 401K Pension Program with 3% employer contributions
