About this job
- Dispatches trailers for raw material
- Runs security checks while plant or office is shut down
- Performs moisture tests on Endres samples
- Answers phones when Office Assistant is not available
- Fills out various logs including but not limited to: raw material inbound-outbound log, visitor’s log, liner log, raw material pick up call log, finished feed outbound log, dispatch communication, bills-of-lading, load out sheet
- Responsible for maintaining trailer locations on dispatch board
- Operates gate for trucks and visitors
- Monitors cameras and reports suspicious activity to office
- Interacts with all truck drivers
- Acts as liaison between truck drivers and fleet mechanic regarding trailer repairs
