DESCRIPTION:

G2 is seeking a candidate for the Station Trainer role at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have one (1) or more years of airline experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role. This position is responsible for company compliance with airport authority regulations, company and client rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to the business of aviation service staffing.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1.        High School diploma or equivalent.

2.        Must have at least one (1) year of airline operations experience.

3.        Six (6) months of supervisory/management experience in a shift work environment, preferred.

4.        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5.        Must be 18 years of age or older.

6.        Must have reliable telephone and transportation.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1.        Develop and lead the training strategy for G2 Secure Staff and its related corporate entities towards developing, implementing, and maintaining a world-class training culture.

2.        Performs analysis for training, development, and implementation of training policies and procedures for airline standards.

3.        Providing guidance and training-related technical support in the development/administration of training programs.

4.        Development of training practices to improve overall service level standards.

5.        Inspection of facilities for training and ensuring compliance with training programs.

6.        Review audit reports, complaint trends, and other forms of customer and passenger feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and topics for the training curriculum.

7.        Develop continuous training improvements to increase efficiency, compliance, and service levels.

8.        Continuously monitor training programs and conduct or coordinate employee training.

9.        Facilitate the design, implementation, management, and communication of customer-focused strategic business plans/charters related to training.

10.     Anticipating future training needs and identifying proactive solutions to satisfy those needs.

11.     Identify and implement a tracking system to ensure recurrent training compliance.

12.     Responsible for policies and procedures training manual for the company. Evaluating the existing manual and updating new policies, procedures, and applicable laws that are needed annually.

13.     Adhere to company policies and procedures; participate in achieving company objectives.

14.     Extensive knowledge of applicable safety regulations, familiar with FAA/TSA regulations for training purposes.

15.     Reviewing employee training programs to determine their adequacy.

16.     Perform other duties as requested.
