Massage Therapist

```Duties```
- Perform therapeutic massages on clients to help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation
- Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans based on their specific conditions and goals
- Utilize a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage, to address clients' individual needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of massage therapy to continually enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients
- Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines in the practice of massage therapy

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to understand the structure and function of the human body
- Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to assess clients' conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans based on their specific needs
- Experience in pain management techniques to help clients manage acute or chronic pain
- Knowledge of occupational health principles to address work-related injuries or conditions
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients during their massage sessions
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain procedures, answer questions, and address any concerns that clients may have
