Primary responsibilities include:
- Processing the daily bank deposit
- Posting all electronic receipts
- Processing and posting all credit card and ACH payments
- Collections
- Filing monthly sales tax reports
- Billing
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of state and local sales tax reporting.
Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.
