What you bring:

• The Manager performs and directs overall c-store management

• Directs staff to ensure that safety, guest service, and cleanliness standards are maintained

• Recruits staff and oversees training programs

• Responsible for inventory and cash control systems – may establish inventory schedules

• Responsible for monthly marketing initiatives

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules

• Recruits, rewards and disciplines staff as needed

• Ensures that all local and state and national health and safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed

• Completes Daily Reporting and maintains business records, per guidelines

• Analyzes business records to increase sales and lower costs
