Permanent Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho & Lymphedema

Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist with our client, you will be reporting to the Rehabilitation Therapies Supervisor/Manager and be responsible for providing specialized therapy services to patients with physical and functional deficits like orthopedic and lymphedema conditions. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility and function

- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and treatments

Qualifications:

- Bachelors / Masters or equivalent in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

- BLS for Healthcare Workers from either AHA or American Red Cross

- Physical Therapist License, Commonwealth of MA

- Experience in Ortho & Lymphedema

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
