Real Estate Buyers Agent

You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Commission-Based. $150,000+ Expected.

$150,000+ at plan commission

• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process
• Make sure every buyer or potential buyer has a great experience with us to convert leads or generate repeat business
• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• High school diploma or GED required
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or relevant experience
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
