Role
As a Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Equipment Technician, Facility Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for general facility and equipment maintenance in a highly-automated food manufacturing environment. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting and resolving immediate issues, ensuring continuous operations, installing and removing various mechanical and electrical equipment/components, and performing preventive and repair maintenance to meet operational requirements.
Benefits- Starting rate of $29.95 to $37+ based on skills, with a $3,000 hiring bonus.
- Relocation allowance of $3,500, including airfare, 1st week hotel stay, and 30 days rental car.

- High school diploma or GED, with courses in math, mechanical drawing, and/or shop. Technical or vocational training is preferred.
- 2+ years of work experience in an automated industrial manufacturing facility, ideally doing maintenance-related work with packaging and/or processing equipment.
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, experience in a manufacturing environment, hydraulics, packaging, pneumatics, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
