Heritage Hunt Golf & Country Club is seeking a Full-Time Utility Dishwasher/Prep Cook. MUST HAVE WEEKEND AND EVENING AVAILABILITY.

As our Utility-Dishwasher/Prep Cook, you’ll be key in keeping business flowing smoothly and efficiently. Our entire staff, from the front of the house to the back of the house, will rely on you to keep dishes sparkling clean and stocked and assist with preparing food. If you’re a stickler for cleanliness, we’d love to benefit from your passion in our fast-paced dining environment where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about food safety, sanitation, and being a team player.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00/hour Part Time

Benefits Package (If Full-Time) :  Uniforms plus Full-Time Associates receive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life, 401(k), STD, LTD, paid holiday, vacation, personal & sick time, lean management training, and other employee discount benefits through our HR-provider LL Roberts.  

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
  • Keep the dishwasher area clean and organized
  • Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen  
  • Bag and haul kitchen trash to the dumpster. Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
  • Clean food preparation and production areas as required
  • Assist in prepping food to be prepared
  • Assists others in closing the kitchen
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty
