Commonwealth Motorcycles is looking for an eager and hardworking individual to join their service department team in a temperature controlled environment as a quick lane technician. As a Motorcycle Technician you will:

  • Perform Oil Changes & Quick Lubes in an efficient manner in a temperature controlled facility
  • Perform Tire Changeovers & Wheel Balancing.
  • Light Duty Repair work
  • Provide Lead Service Technician with a quality inspection and communicate recommendations when needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest motorcycles.
  • Ensure guests motorcycles are kept clean and treated with respect.
  • Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policy on motorcycle care and operation.
  • Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the manufacturer.
  • Willing to help out in any area of the service department where needed, this could include building and grounds maintenance.


Open Tuesday-Saturday

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have some computer skills.
  • Knowledge in some aspects of motorcycle repair and maintenance.
  • Must be an eager learner with good oral and written communication skills.
  • Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station.
  • Must be able to perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
  • All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
