Contract Executive Coach

Position: Contract Executive Coach

Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Contract Executive Coach to join our team on a full-time, 6-month contract with potential for extension. As a leading provider of talent solutions for businesses, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals by providing top-notch coaching and development services.

Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one coaching to senior executives, including CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite leaders, to enhance their leadership skills and overall performance

- Conduct assessments and create personalized development plans for each client based on their individual needs and goals

- Facilitate group coaching sessions and workshops for teams and departments within client organizations

- Collaborate with the Northwest Talent Solutions LLC team to design and deliver customized coaching programs for clients

- Continuously monitor and track client progress and provide regular feedback to ensure goals are being met

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in executive coaching to continuously improve our services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

- Represent Northwest Talent Solutions LLC at networking events and conferences to promote our coaching services and generate new business opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, psychology, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive coaching, preferably with C-suite level clients

- Proven track record of successfully coaching and developing senior executives to improve their leadership skills and drive business results

- Strong understanding of leadership development theories and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other coaching software/tools

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events
