Rogue Community Health is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a School-Based Health Center (SBHC) Front Office Coordinator at Eagle Point High School. This position has the potential to cover activities at two other school sites, including elementary and middle schools. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with youth primarily, but also children. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be outgoing, have great attention to detail, and be a great team player. Also have a great ability to multitask, comfortability engaging with diverse groups of people, is self-motivated, great initiator, and able to follow protocol with ease.

Some responsibilities as a Front Office Coordinator would be to develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, school staff, students, and parents/guardians. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person. Participate and facilitate at school all-staff meetings, school events, and activities. This includes events such as parent-teacher conferences and other outreach initiatives where public speaking is required.
