Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in information technology or computer science
  • ≥8 years of Program Management experience
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMP certification
  • CompTIA Security+ (or better) certification


Must Have:

  • Secret Clearance Level


Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management Reviews:
    • Participate in Program Management Reviews to ensure adherence to requirements, procedures, and standards.
    • Produce weekly workload completion/progress briefs for Government stakeholders.
    • Maintain written records of all weekly briefs onsite.
  2. Documentation Management:
    • Maintain a library on a SharePoint site or similar web/application-based tracking tool, updating weekly.
    • Track all third-party support agreements, warranties, and relevant documents for equipment and software.
  3. Project Tracking:
    • Maintain a SharePoint site or similar tool, updated weekly, for tracking purchases, projects, risk registers, schedules, stakeholder registers, work breakdown structures, manning, invoices, and available funds.
    • Track and update weekly all purchases made via the material Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN).
  4. Contingency Operations:
    • Provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) for contingency operations within 1 business day of the Government's request.
    • Submit proposals within 3 business days upon the CO's request, conducting expeditious internal and external reviews.
  5. Task Management Plan (TMP):
    • Provide a TMP including staffing plans, a work breakdown structure (WBS), work schedule, security management processes, and requirements for Government Furnished Information/Equipment (GFI/GFE).
    • Update the TMP quarterly and provide copies to the Government within 5 business days of request.
  6. Monthly Status Report (MSR):
    • Prepare an MSR summarizing activities completed, funds expended, and remaining on the contract.
    • Include summaries of work accomplished, outage and uptime reports, tickets, permits, issues, risks, and recommendations for life cycle management.
