Looking for a dynamic and experienced Head Chef.

Position Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 year of experience

- Must be eligible to work in the United States

- Computer proficient

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Tasks and responsibilities

  • The Head Chef is responsible for creating daily production lists and keeping track of inventory and proper stock rotation.
  • Helps to train, cook with, and directly supervise the kitchen staff
  • Participates in the actual cooking and preparation of food items as a member and leader of the galley team.
