We are seeking an Assistant Office Manager/Bookkeeper to assist in our day-to-day operations. This position will immerse you in one of the leading automotive groups in the region and serve as a solid foundation for future growth opportunities.

Responsibilities – Assistant Office Manager/Bookkeeper:
  

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks to support daily operations 
  • Costing / Posting Deals and Finalizing to accounting
  • Monitor the status of loans/fundings from the Bank 
  • Reconcile records including bank transactions, and report discrepancies
  • Payoff vehicles that are owed
  • Assist with accounting and auditing reports. 
  • Processing Incentives and extended warranties
  • Prepare commission reports for Payroll

 

 

Qualifications/Requirements – Assistant Office Manager/Bookkeeper:  

  • Dealership Bookkeeping experience is required
  • CDK experience is a plus!
  • Experience maintaining accounting ledger preferred
  • Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information
  • Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, email, or in person
  • Must be able to operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information 
  • High School Diploma or GED required
